According to the prosecutor's office, during the inspection it was established that the regional operator did not respond to five requests from resource-supplying organizations regarding the inspection of apartment buildings. Following the inspection, the prosecutor initiated an administrative case under the article on violations of the procedure for considering citizens' appeals. The materials were reviewed, and the official was fined 5,000 rubles. After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the violations were rectified: all appeals were considered, and reasoned responses were sent to the applicants.
