Mass inspections of drivers will be held in Kirov.

      The raids will be conducted by the State Traffic Inspectorate employees. Public activists, representatives of people's patrols, and activists of the "Night Patrol" movement will also be involved in the events. The main goal is to identify drunk drivers and prevent violations on the roads. The traffic police remind that driving a vehicle while intoxicated is punishable by a fine of 45,000 rubles and a driver's license suspension for a period of 1.5 to 2 years. It is noted that all patrol cars of the traffic police are equipped with video recorders — this is done to prevent conflict situations and eliminate corruption risks. Residents of Kirov are also asked not to remain indifferent and to report to the police about drivers who may be driving under the influence.
