Small businesses accounted for a quarter of the turnover of all organizations in the region.
According to the agency, the share of small businesses in the total turnover of all organizations in the region was over 27%. The average number of employees in small enterprises last year reached almost 80,000 people. The largest number of employees was in manufacturing (25.2%) and in wholesale and retail trade (21.1%). On average, about five people worked at one small enterprise. The average monthly salary of small business employees in 2025 increased by 17.1% compared to the previous year and amounted to 52,300 rubles. The turnover of small enterprises for the year reached 434.7 billion rubles, exceeding the level of 2024 by 3.8%. The main share of turnover was formed by enterprises in wholesale and retail trade (44.8%), manufacturing (20.3%), and construction (7.3%).
