      According to the supervisory authority, the man became a victim of fraudsters who deceitfully took possession of his savings — 9 million 900 thousand rubles. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under the article on fraud in a particularly large amount. During the investigation, it was revealed that the money was transferred to the accounts of so-called "droppers" — front persons living in the Chelyabinsk region, from where it was planned to be cashed out. In defense of the pensioner's rights, the prosecutor filed lawsuits in court for the recovery of the amount of unjust enrichment, as well as interest for the use of someone else's funds. The applications are currently under consideration. At the request of the prosecutor's office, the court has already taken precautionary measures: the defendants are prohibited from disposing of the funds in their bank accounts.
