The car was identified during operational search activities. Investigators seized physical evidence and conducted necessary examinations, which formed the basis of the charges.
The defendant only partially admitted his guilt. He stated that he did not notice the moment of the collision, but he expressed remorse, apologized to the victim, and promised to compensate for the damage caused. The criminal case has already been sent to the prosecutor's office — it will be forwarded to court next.
