Kirov residents are paid more for working in their specialty.

      According to the survey, 41% of the city's residents work strictly in their field of education, while another 23% work in related areas. At the same time, more than a third (36%) work outside their specialty. It is noted that as income increases, so does the proportion of those working in their field. Among Kirov residents earning up to 100,000 rubles, 35% work in their specialty, while among those earning from 200,000 rubles, the figure rises to 55%. Representatives of socially significant and narrow-profile sectors most often work in their profession. Doctors lead the way, with 88% of them remaining in their specialty. There are also high figures for lawyers (84%) and chief accountants (82%). At the same time, among specialists in sales and customer service, the situation is the opposite: only 13% of client managers work in their field, while among procurement and sales managers, the figures are 23% and 26%, respectively.
