According to the agency, violations were identified back in July 2025. The sawmill waste was placed on a leased land plot. At the same time, the lessee did not take measures to eliminate the dump voluntarily. In this regard, the Ministry of Ecology appealed to the court, which supported the demands of the supervisory authority. According to the court's decision, the lessee is obliged to eliminate the dump by November 1, 2026. In case of non-compliance, he faces a judicial penalty and enforcement measures. The ministry noted that the situation remains under control until all violations are fully rectified.
