According to the Prosecutor's Office of the First May District, the man has been found guilty under Part 2 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. It was established that on May 28 of last year, he consumed alcohol on the territory of the "Ryba-Pila" recreation center, after which he got behind the wheel of a "Lada Granta" car belonging to an acquaintance. The motorist was driving on the street of the village of Gnusino, where he was stopped by traffic police officers and removed from driving. It turned out that the man had previously been held administratively liable for a similar violation and had been deprived of his driver's license. The court, taking into account the admission of guilt, the presence of minor children, and other circumstances, imposed a penalty in the form of a fine of 350,000 rubles. The resident of Kirov has also been deprived of the right to drive vehicles for a period of three years.
