"Gazprom" has put an elite apartment in Kirov up for sale.
According to the company's information notice, the subject of the auction is an apartment with an area of 114.8 square meters, located in building No. 24 on Verkhosunskaya Street in rough finish. The property is owned by the gas company (cadastral number 43:40:000442:993) and is not encumbered by third-party rights.
The starting price of the lot is set at 8 million 729 thousand 800 rubles, but during the auction, it may be reduced to 7 million 856 thousand 820 rubles. The auction will take place in electronic form on the platform of LLC "ETP GPB" (www.etpgpb.ru). Applications from potential buyers will be accepted starting from March 16, 2026, and the acceptance will end on April 15, 2026.
It is noteworthy that this is already the second attempt by the corporation to sell this property. In the fall of 2025, the object was already put up for open auction at the same starting price. At that time, the auction was supposed to take place on October 24, but for some reason, likely the deal did not go through, and the asset returned to the company's non-core sales turnover. The current format of the public offer implies different conditions: the price will be gradually reduced to the minimum established limit.
