Мэрия Кирова предлагает на аренду пять помещений посредством торгов.

      Об этом сообщили в департаменте муниципальной собственности администрации города, пригласив жителей Кирова участвовать в торгах по аренде муниципального имущества.

      29 января пройдет аукцион на право заключения договора аренды двух объектов.

      Первый объект — нежилое помещение площадью 292,9 кв. м, расположенное по адресу: г. Киров, ул. Комсомольская, д. 39, пом. 1017.

      Второй объект — помещение площадью 97,2 кв. м по адресу: г. Киров, ул. Комсомольская, д. 39, пом. 1016.

      13 февраля состоится аукцион на право аренды еще трех объектов.

      Первый из них — помещение площадью 111,7 кв. м по адресу: г. Киров, ул. Пушкина (Нововятский р-н), д. 38, пом. 1002.

      Второй — помещение площадью 208,1 кв. м по адресу: г. Киров, ул. МОПРа (Нововятский р-н), д. 4Б.

      Третий — помещение площадью 58,6 кв. м по адресу: г. Киров, ул. Воровского, д. 50А.
