In Kirovo-Chepetsk, the snow removal was called poor and the townspeople were blamed for it.

      Yesterday the deputy head of the Kirovo-Chepetsk administration, Oleg Lekomtsev, held a meeting with the contractors responsible for maintaining the city's roads. He gave a poor assessment of the snow-clearing work and demanded that everything be cleared by the end of the week. The authorities also concluded that one of the reasons for the poor snow removal is cars improperly parked by local residents, which hinder the passage of equipment.

      It should be noted that at the last government meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov, by contrast, gave a favorable assessment of snow removal in Kirovo-Chepetsk and said that the situation in the city had improved due to a change in leadership, namely the appointment of the new head, Igor Gagarinov.
