A woman from Kirov paid off her debts for fear of losing her vegetable pantry.

An enforcement proceeding was pending at the Bailiff’s Office for the Oktyabrsky District of Kirov to recover from a 46‑year‑old local resident a debt for utility services. The amount of the debt exceeded 130,000 rubles. During enforcement actions the bailiff established that the debtor owned a vegetable storeroom. An inventory and seizure report was drawn up for that property, and an order was issued prohibiting registration actions. After this measure was applied, the woman fully repaid the debt, including the enforcement fee. The funds were credited to the creditor’s account, the enforcement proceeding was closed, and the seizure on the property was lifted.
