Kirovo-Chepetsk authorities are looking for tenants for the "River of Time" park.

      The administration of Kirovo-Chepetsk has announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for movable property. Applications are accepted until February 5.

      The first lot is a café with an area of 74 square meters. The rent is 64,000 rubles per month (excluding VAT). The second lot is a kiosk for renting children's sports equipment, selling children's party goods, fast food, non-alcoholic beverages, ice cream and other sweets. The area is eight square meters. The rent is 4,200 rubles per month (excluding VAT).

      It should be recalled that the above-mentioned square is associated with a rather scandalous story. In the summer of 2022 we wrote that the contractor disrupted the square's renovation project, which led to the head of the city administration, Vladislav Mokhov, facing criminal prosecution. In the summer of 2023 he was sentenced.
