During the supervisory activities it was established that the company’s management allowed six people to work without entering into employment contracts with them, thereby violating the requirements of applicable law. As a result of the inspection, the prosecutor issued a submission to remedy the identified violations. After the intervention of the supervisory authority the employees’ labor rights were restored: employment contracts were drawn up for them, and the employer made additional tax and social insurance payments. In addition, the company’s HR officer was subjected to disciplinary action for the violations.
