OKTMO codes are changing in Kirov Oblast: what taxpayers should know
From January 1, 2026, new codes of the All‑Russian Classifier of Territories of Municipal Formations (OKTMO) will come into force in Kirov Oblast. This was reported by the regional office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
The changes are related to the transformation of a number of municipal formations in the region. Thus, new OKTMO codes have been assigned to Darovsky (33512000), Orichevsky (33530000), Tuzhinsky (33538000) and Orlovsky (33545000) municipal districts. In addition, updated codes were assigned to Birtyaevskoye rural settlement (33619404), Kotelnichskoye rural settlement (33619456) and Donaurovskoye rural settlement (33617460).
The regional FTS reminded that the OKTMO code is a mandatory requisite when completing tax returns, notifications of calculated tax amounts, and payment orders. Using an incorrect code may lead to errors when crediting payments.
Taxpayers can view the full list of current OKTMO codes for municipal formations of Kirov Oblast for 2026 on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the "Details for filling out reports" section.
