Kirov residents with children will have their personal income tax recalculated.
The regional branch of the Social Fund announced a new support measure for Kirov families with children — a recalculation of personal income tax (NDFL) for 2025. This support is available to parents (or one of them) with two or more children under 18, or under 23 if the children are full-time students.
Eligibility conditions for the support:
- the family’s per capita income is below 1.5 times the subsistence minimum (23,763 rubles)
- no outstanding child support debts
- meeting the asset/wealth criteria (as for the unified allowance).
How to obtain the recalculation:
- a single application is sufficient — via Gosuslugi, at the Social Fund Branch for the Kirov Region, or at an MFC
- no need to collect additional documents: all information will be obtained through interagency channels
- the funds are protected from seizure for debts.
As explained by the Kirov branch of the Social Fund, the payment will equal the difference between the personal income tax actually paid and the amount calculated at a 6% rate.
Applications for the payment based on the results of 2025 will be accepted from June 1 to October 1, 2026.
