It will be slippery, cold, and windy in Kirov and the surrounding region through the end of the week.

      According to the Kirov CGMS, on January 13 Kirov will be cloudy with light snow. At night the temperature will drop to −12 to −14 °C, during the day −9 to −11 °C. Wind mainly east and southeast, 6–13 m/s. Icy conditions persist on the roads.

      On January 14 forecasters predict cloudy weather with clear spells and light snow both in the city and the region. Temperatures at night will be −13 to −15 °C, daytime −10 to −12 °C. The wind will remain from the southeast at 6–12 m/s.

      On January 15 Kirov will have variable cloudiness with little precipitation expected. At night temperatures will drop to −13 to −15 °C, during the day −11 to −13 °C. In the region, with clear skies, frosts down to −20 °C are possible. Wind southeast, locally southerly, 5–11 m/s. Icy conditions still persist on the roads.
