A resident of the Orichevsky District was caught setting up a shell company.
Recently in the Orichevsky District a court considered a suit to strip a 35-year-old local resident of his parental rights in relation to three minor children. During the proceedings the man claimed that he worked at a company he had previously founded. However, the district prosecutor’s office found that it was merely a one-day company set up by the negligent father at a friend’s request and in whose activities he did not participate.
As a result, the man was deprived of his parental rights and ordered to pay child support. In addition, a criminal case was opened against him under Part 1 of Article 173.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal use of documents to form a legal entity).
