The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kirov Region has left Telegram.
The Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) of the Kirov Region is suspending its operation. This was announced by the agency’s staff themselves, who thanked subscribers for their attention, support and trust throughout the channel’s existence.
The official statement notes that official announcements and information about incidents will be available in the MAX messenger and on the agency’s page on the social network VKontakte.
Throughout December, the EMERCOM press service actively redirected its audience from Telegram, not publishing details of incidents and leaving only a link to the MAX channel. At the time the farewell post was published, the agency’s official Telegram channel had more than 1.9 thousand subscribers.
