Oleg Valenchuk wished the residents of Kirov a Happy New Year.
Dear fellow countrymen!
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the upcoming New Year 2026!
This past year has been a time of intense work, responsible decisions, and significant accomplishments for all of us. In the face of shared challenges we have once again seen that only unity, devotion to duty, and sincere love for the Motherland constitute an unshakable foundation for moving forward.
The New Year is not merely a change of dates. It is a time when, gratefully looking back on the road we have traveled, we look to the future with renewed strength and confidence. I am convinced that our strategic course, our common resolve, and the projects we have brought to life will lay a firm foundation for Russia's future victories.
In these magical days I especially wish you those things that make up life's true value. May your home always be full of harmony, love, and support, and may your professional aspirations be met with understanding and lead to meaningful results. I wish you good health, boundless energy, and warmth of heart!
— Oleg Valenchuk, Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Union of Gardeners of Russia.
