In Kirov, trolleybus routes were altered due to faults on the network.

      The Kirov administration commented on the trolleybus stoppage caused by faults in the overhead contact network. During the repair work, specialists from Kirovenergo have made changes to public transport operations. Thus, trolleybuses on route No. 7 are temporarily following a shortened route via Privokzalnaya Square. Route No. 8 is also operating in a shortened form — via Oktyabrsky Avenue. At the same time, trolleybuses No. 1 and No. 3 continue to run on their regular routes. Routes No. 4 and No. 5 have been temporarily suspended. The administration clarified that the restrictions will remain in effect until the equipment faults are fully eliminated; the resumption of the routes' normal operation will be announced separately. Earlier, the press service of the Rosseti Centre and Volga Region branch — Kirovenergo — reported the malfunction, saying that specialists are already rectifying faults in the equipment that supplies electricity to the contact network.
