As reported on the public procurement website, the Department of Municipal Services is seeking a contractor to carry out the dismantling of streetscape elements on Theatre Square and Spasskaya (from Lenina to Nikitskaya). The city budget has allocated 1.5 million rubles for this. The work must be carried out between February 16 and 28. Applications are being accepted until January 14.
Note that the aforementioned website also has other procurements related to the dismantling of New Year's elements. For example, the territorial administration of the Oktyabrsky District is prepared to pay 275,000 rubles to whoever removes all New Year's fir trees in the district. The funds are also taken from Kirov's budget.
