Kirov Oblast is buying premises in Moscow for 250 million.
The Kirov Region has completed the selection of a supplier for the procurement "Acquisition of a non-residential premises in the territory of the city of Moscow" valued at 250 million rubles. It is likely to be the building of the Kirov Region's representative office. The documents were posted by the authorized institution — KOGKU "Center for Technical Support of State Procurements."
Judging by the draft state contract and the description of the object, the region is acquiring premises fully ready for operation with interior finishes and engineering systems.
The documents state that the premises are located in Moscow. The property is being transferred to the buyer on a turnkey basis and will be ready for use after registration of ownership rights. The property includes 13 rooms, including restrooms. It is also specified that the purchased premises are located in a building constructed in 2004. The walking time from the property to the metro is 15 minutes, and to the bus stop — 10 minutes.
The upcoming purchase of a representative office in Moscow became known last autumn. At that time, the government of the Kirov Region approved the volume of budgetary investments for 2026 — 270 million rubles, of which 250 million were intended for the purchase of non-residential premises with an area of at least 400 sq. m, and the remaining 20 million — for two parking spaces at about 10 million each.
