Almost half of Russians will end 2025 burned out.
By the end of 2025, almost 50% of Russians had experienced signs of professional burnout — 48% of survey participants reported this, according to RT. Respondents most often cited constant fatigue (68%), overexertion and stress (62%), and irritability (55%).
According to the study, 47% of respondents admitted that they do not want to go to work in the mornings, and 43% do not feel enthusiastic or want to take initiative. Against this backdrop, 41% have considered changing their profession, and 40% note an overall decline in work capacity.
The main causes of burnout, according to Russians:
poor organization of work processes — 66%
too many tasks — 51%
financial problems — 36%
regular overtime — 28%
conflicts with management — around 20%
personal difficulties unrelated to work — another 20%
