A Kirov resident attempted to take cognac out of a store in his jacket sleeve.

      On December 22, around noon, an "Alarm" signal was received by the control room of the non-departmental security service from a grocery store located on Moskovskaya Street in the city of Kirov. A Rosgvardiya non-departmental security detention team immediately arrived at the scene. A customer born in 1975 was found in the sales area.

      According to the store guard, the man attempted to steal a bottle of cognac worth about 1,500 rubles by hiding it in his jacket sleeve and failing to pay for the item at the checkout. Rosgvardiya officers handed the detainee over to the police for further proceedings.
