"Uralchem" and "Professionalitet": the opening of new laboratories took place at the VAPK
The event was attended by the Minister of Education of the Kirov Region, Natalia Bastrikova; the director of the KChHK branch, Yuri Shulga; the deputy director of the KChHK branch for personnel and social policy and deputy of the Regional Legislative Assembly, Elena Perminova; the director of the Vyatka Automotive-Industrial College, Tatyana Shirokova; and representatives of enterprises.
Participants in the meeting were given a tour of the new laboratories and workshops. Guests saw the modern equipment in the analytical and physical chemistry laboratories, the technological processes laboratory, the electrical engineering and welding workshops, the virtual welding facility, the control and measuring instruments and automation lab, and the metalworking workshop.
The meeting discussed the results of the "Chemical Industry" cluster's work and approved plans for 2026.
Yuri Shulga, director of the KChHK branch of JSC OHK "Uralchem": "This year Uralchem's cooperation with the Vyatka Automotive-Industrial College has reached a new level. For us this is a very important strategic partnership. In 2025 Uralchem allocated 10 million rubles to support the 'Professionalitet' project and provided equipment for conducting practical assignments. The student training process is built on close cooperation with the plant: they actively immerse themselves in the chosen profession, communicate with experienced workers and mentors, and become acquainted with the enterprise."

At the Vyatsky Automotive-Industrial College (VAPK) in Kirovo-Chepetsk, the results of the federal "Professionalitet" project for 2025 were summarized. An expanded meeting of the management company of the educational-production cluster "Chemical Industry," which is supported by the KChHK branch of JSC OHK "Uralchem," was held there.
