In Kotel'nich, homes were left without heat due to problems with the heating plant.

      Today, during a government meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov noted that in recent days there had been many complaints on social media about the lack of heating in Kotel'nich’s residential buildings. It turned out that the organization that currently services the local boiler house had taken it over and was preparing it for the winter season on an emergency basis. On the 25th, the boiler house’s nozzles became clogged with paraffinic fuel oil. Because of this, the homes became noticeably colder for several hours. However, specialists resolved the problem. The authorities promise to take measures to ensure this does not happen again.
