According to Alexander Sokolov, about a thousand appeals were received on social media and by phone during his recent direct line. He noted that most people complained about problems in the districts.
Sokolov praised Kirov’s leaders for good work, since there were relatively few complaints in the regional center. He also ordered his subordinates to look into each appeal.
Recall that during the direct line itself the governor answered only a few questions from real people. Most of the airtime was taken up by so‑called “convenient questions.”
