The Kirov authorities saved money in the tenders and want to buy another 20–25 buses.
At a government meeting today it was announced that Kirov Oblast had planned to purchase 70 buses. Instead they managed to buy 86 — and even saved money: 280 million rubles remain. With that money, if they are allowed to keep it in the region, the authorities want to buy at least 20 more vehicles (and, if possible, 25). Governor Alexander Sokolov noted that federal authorities support the decision, and added that the buses will come in a uniform style — a bright "summer" color scheme.
