The weather forecast for Kirov for the week of December 1–7 has been released.
On Monday the air temperature in the regional center will be -1 to 0 degrees. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday temperatures are expected to be 0 to +1, on Friday −1 to 0, on Saturday −3 to −1, on Sunday −4 to −3. Meteorologists predict precipitation in the form of snow and rain from Thursday through Sunday. At the beginning of the week the weather will be overcast, then partly cloudy conditions will set in. Maximum wind speed will reach 7-8 m/s. December in the Kirov region promises to be abnormally warm — temperatures will be 4 degrees above normal. On November 29 it will be overcast and cool in Kirov. In the coming days Kirov residents can expect overcast weather and snow with rain.
