In Sovetsk, National Guard officers found a pensioner who had been reported missing.

      In the town of Sovetsk in Kirov Oblast at around 08:00, Rosgvardiya officers patrolling the streets received from the police duty officer a description of a missing woman born in 1940. Relatives explained that the pensioner had left home early in the morning. The woman's outerwear had been left at home, and she had not taken her phone with her.

      During searches several blocks from the woman's home, on Kirov Street, law enforcement officers saw a woman matching the description. The pensioner was dressed inappropriately for the weather.

      In conversation with the Rosgvardiya officers she gave her personal details and explained that she had become lost and did not know where her home was. She was placed in a patrol car and taken to the local police station for further clarification of the circumstances.
