      Today deputies considered the draft budget of Kirov for the next three years. We wrote about its characteristics earlier. Recall that next year revenues will amount to 14.2 billion rubles, expenditures — 14.4 billion rubles. Fifty-eight percent of expenditures will be directed to social sectors — education, social support and payments to public-sector employees. More than 7.5 billion rubles will go to education, including 1.1 billion rubles for the construction of three new kindergartens on Torfyanaya and Dorofeeva and in the Znak residential complex, and 650 million rubles for the capital repairs of schools and kindergartens.
