In Kirov, a permit has been issued for the construction of a kindergarten for 260 children on Torfyanaya Street. The work is being carried out by LLC "Kirovspecmontazh" as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". The contractor is currently undertaking site planning, the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Kirov Region reports.
The future kindergarten will be equipped with modern facilities: the project includes a swimming pool, large play and sleeping rooms, a music hall and a sports hall. The building will also house a medical unit with an isolation room and a procedure room, and the kitchen will be equipped with modern equipment. All rooms will be finished with eco-friendly materials that meet the requirements for children's institutions.
The facility is scheduled for completion in November 2026.
As noted by the first deputy chairman of the government of the Kirov Region, Alexey Zherdev, the Ozerki microdistrict is actively developing: social and sports facilities are being built here, public spaces are being formed, and a school is being erected. According to the official, the new kindergarten is another example of comprehensive development of the area.
