Today deputies considered a bill introducing amendments to the law "On Administrative Responsibility in the Kirov Region." The document proposes introducing administrative liability in the Kirov Region for failure to carry out decisions of the governor and the operational headquarters that concern ensuring the safety of the population and the territory.
As we wrote earlier, this concerns fines. For citizens they will amount to 3–5 thousand rubles; for officials — 15–50 thousand rubles; for legal entities — 100–300 thousand rubles. The governor's administration will be responsible for catching violators.
The deputies supported the initiative. The bill was adopted in two readings.
