On November 18 at around 11 p.m. on the outskirts of Sosnovka in the Vyatskopolyansky District, an unusual accident occurred. A Kia Rio left a dirt road and overturned into the Pyzhmanka River. Meanwhile, traffic police officers who were patrolling the area were passing by. They immediately rushed into the cold water and pulled two people from the overturned car. One of them was already unconscious. When the car was retrieved from the water, the deceased driver — a 23-year-old man — was found inside. According to the passengers, the deceased did not have a driver's license. An investigation is currently underway, the regional office of the Interior Ministry (MVD) said.
