      According to forecasts by amateur meteorologists, the next snowfall will hit Kirov Oblast on the evening of November 17 and will continue throughout the night. "A warm front of the cyclone will approach, on which we expect the start of snowfall with a transition into supercooled rain and then into plain rain. Precipitation will begin advancing in the evening from the southwestern districts toward Kirov," write the administrators of the public group "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov." In addition, a new surge of warmth will spread behind the warm front. Air temperatures will warm to +3 to +7 degrees Celsius. On the night of November 18–19, the passage of a cold front with rain and strengthening winds is expected. On the 19th it will cool down to -4 degrees Celsius. Snowfall is also possible.
