According to the decree dated November 6, from December 15, 2025 to February 15, 2026 the "Urban Environment" competition will be held in Kirov, within which participants will be able to present their works for New Year's decorations.
There are six categories in total: "New Year Knocks at the Door", "Winter Courtyard", "New Year's Mood", "Winter Fantasy", "Winter Colors" and "Winter Inspiration". Participants can include both Kirov residents and public associations, educational and cultural institutions, enterprises and organizations.
Kirov residents will be able to submit entries for the decoration of balconies, windows, façades of individual houses, as well as yards of private residential areas. Similar opportunities are provided to organizations — they will be able to present projects for decorating their territories to the jury.
Applications can be submitted from December 15 to January 30 to the territorial departments of the Kirov administration. One participant may submit multiple applications.
Winners will receive diplomas, souvenirs, flowers and printed materials, and cash prizes:
1st place — 3,000 rubles
2nd place — 2,000 rubles
3rd place — 1,000 rubles
