      The KChKhK branch of JSC OHK "Uralchem" was represented by Konstantin Shishkin (Shop 60), Evgeny Vozisov (Shop 60) and Maxim Belosludtsev (Shop 57).

      The Championship became a new large-scale format for developing the Group's human resources potential. Professional skills were evaluated in eight nominations, including "chemical analysis laboratory technician," "maintenance mechanic," "electrician," and "gas rescuer."       The final program combined theoretical preparation with practice. Participants underwent training to develop managerial competencies. As part of the Championship, finalists demonstrated skills in solving production cases, took part in managerial duels and team tasks in an assessment-center format. The competitions concluded with practical tests — a production simulation and a hackathon, during which contestants developed and defended their own projects before an expert jury.

      Experts analyzed managers' abilities in performance management, team organization, employee development, change implementation, strategic thinking and ensuring safety in production.
