This morning in Kirov, hooligans managed to beat both a woman and a man.

      Recently in Kirov at around 05:00 Rosgvardiya officers patrolling Spasskaya Street noticed a man beating a woman. The law enforcement officers stopped the illegal actions. Emergency medics who arrived at the scene hospitalized the 27-year-old victim. The 33-year-old Kirov resident was handed over to the police to clarify the circumstances.

      That same day in Kirov at 10:00 an alarm was received by the non-departmental security service from a shop on Mira Street. Inside, they found a female customer born in 1994 who, during an altercation, assaulted a 43-year-old customer. All participants in the incident were handed over to the police department to establish the circumstances and hold those responsible to account.
