Former deputy chairman of the Kirov Region government Andrey Mauri said he decided to spend the long weekend helping animals. According to him, a family of squirrels had appeared near his house, and he and his grandson decided to help the new neighbors prepare for winter. Mauri noted that the old squirrel house had fallen into disrepair, so they made a new one. They took into account the mistakes of the previous design during construction. "It turned out pretty well. The cozy little house is ready for occupancy with no mortgages or loans," the former official added.
