The holiday operating hours for medical facilities have been announced.
The regional Ministry of Health reported that from November 2 to 4 inpatient medical care will continue in full, including holding physicians’ case conferences for the most complex cases.
The Unified Emergency Ambulance and Air Medical Evacuation Service will continue to operate around the clock. In traumatic emergencies patients will receive round‑the‑clock care at the outpatient clinic of the Center for Traumatology, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery at 17 Mendeleeva Street.
For adults with urgent and emergency eye conditions, 24‑hour care is organized at the Kirov Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital at: Kirov, Oktyabrsky Prospekt, 10A. Emergency care for children with eye injuries and sudden eye diseases is provided around the clock in the admissions department of the Kirov Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital at: Kirov, 16 Mendeleeva Street.
Urgent dental care will be provided at the Kirov Clinical Dental Center from 7:30 to 20:00 for adults at 92 Zashchitnikov Otechestva Street, and for children at 8 Proizvodstvennaya Street.
For specialized narcological (addiction) care, citizens can turn to the admissions department of the Kirov Regional Narcological Dispensary, including in the evening and at night, at: Kirov, Studenchesky Proezd, 7.
In addition, round‑the‑clock hotline numbers operate on weekends and holidays:

8‑800‑222‑17‑32 – helpline of the Center for Psychiatry and Mental Health for people in acute crisis situations,
