Rosgvardiya officers detained four hooligans in bars and shops in Kirov.

      Recently, at around 08:00 an alarm was received at the centralized guard post of the Department of Non‑Departmental Security for the city of Kirov from a shop on Stakhanovskaya Street. Rosgvardiya officers rushed to the address.

      Inside the shop they found a 43‑year‑old man who had taken goods four days earlier without paying. The offender was taken to the police station.

      In addition, at around 22:00 an alarm was received from a café located on Vladimirskaya Street in Kirov (formerly Karl Marx Street). During an inspection Rosgvardiya officers found that the call had been caused by two brothers, aged 28 and 32, who were disturbing the public order. The minor hooliganism was stopped and the offenders were taken to the police.

      Another unpleasant incident occurred in a bar on Moskovskaya Street. Rosgvardiya officers who arrived at the scene detained a 34‑year‑old man. The man was handed over to the police.
