 
        
        In the Svechinsky District, a man died in a fire caused by an electrical short circuit.
      This morning, October 30, a two-apartment residential house caught fire in the village of Kruglyzhi in the Svechinsky District. The fire was extinguished by personnel from the 53rd fire-rescue unit and a local volunteer team. As a result, the house and its outbuildings burned down, and the owner of one of the apartments died. Neighbors were not injured.
 
      At the moment, investigators from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and specialists from the Investigative Committee are working at the scene; all circumstances of the fire are being clarified. It is believed that the fire was caused by a short circuit in the electrical wiring.
 
      The Kirov Region branch of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations warns residents:
 
      - worn-out electrical wiring should be replaced
 
      - do not plug multiple electrical appliances into the same outlet at the same time
 
      - if a plug or electrical outlet becomes hot, unplug the appliance
 
      - it is important to obtain a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher
