The Bogorodsky District Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov Region conducted an inspection of compliance with labor legislation in the activities of the Bogorodsky District Consumer Society (RAYPO) and the limited liability company "Bogorodsky Khleb." As established, the aforementioned organizations, which share a founder, violated the deadlines for paying wages to 21 employees from March to May 2025. The total amount of arrears exceeded 1.5 million rubles.
In order to remedy the violations of the law, the prosecutor made formal representations to the heads of the enterprises. In addition, administrative offence cases were brought against them under Part 7 of Article 5.27 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of labor legislation). As a result of their consideration, the employers were fined — each was fined 20,000 rubles.
To restore the labor rights of citizens, the prosecutor's office also filed lawsuits in court to compel the employers to eliminate the violations. After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the wage arrears were fully repaid.
