According to the press service of the Kirov region of the Gorky Railway, “Vyatka” received new bistro cars for its birthday. They are equipped with induction cooktops, modern combi-steam ovens and professional microwave ovens, as well as dishwashers. The cars are fitted with multi-purpose refrigerators.
In the new bistro cars, passengers have access to a wide range of dishes prepared by professional chefs. While en route, the food is only reheated and plated for serving. The Kirov region of the Gorky Railway noted that food can be served to passengers either in the bistro car or brought to the carriage as it passes.
