In Kirov, a criminal case was opened after an inspection of a building on Herzen Street.
The State Housing Inspectorate conducted an inspection following a complaint from a resident of building No. 16 on Herzen Street in Kirov. The complaint concerned malfunctions in the drainage system, as well as flooding of the basement and of an apartment located on the basement level. During the inspection, specialists found that the facts stated in the complaint were accurate. They concluded that the management company Remprofit had failed to ensure proper maintenance of the apartment building’s engineering systems. As a result, the State Housing Inspectorate initiated an administrative case against the management company and issued an order to remedy the violations. Compliance with the order is being monitored by the agency.
