      According to preliminary information, on October 21 at 20:35 on Vladimirskaya Street (formerly Karl Marx Street) a VAZ-2108 driven by a 20-year-old man and an electric bicycle ridden by a 22-year-old man collided. As a result of the accident the cyclist was injured.
