      As reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov Region, the first fire occurred in the settlement of Olimpiysky in Kumyonsky District. The fire engulfed a two-unit residential building, with the blaze covering 70 square meters. Ten people and four vehicles from the Russian EMERCOM and the municipal fire service were involved in extinguishing it.

      The second blaze was recorded in the village of Verkhnie Kropachi in Slobodskoy District — there a private bathhouse burned over an area of 12 square meters. Eight rescuers and two vehicles participated in putting out the fire.

      In addition, during the day rescuers responded to the aftermath of five road traffic accidents and other emergency incidents.
