The regional government made changes to the order establishing the council for the development and implementation of the regional state program “Personnel.” Included in it are the Minister of Education, Natalya Bastrikova, and the Minister of Energy and Housing and Utilities, Maxim Gornostayev. Ruslan Bondarchuk and Vladimir Klimentovsky were excluded from the council. However, the former Minister of Education, Olga Ryseva, who now heads the regional employment service, remained on it. In addition, Natalya Shedko’s position has been changed. She is now listed as the director of the autonomous non-profit organization “Institute of Corporate Governance of the Kirov Region.”
