      The municipal institution "Architecture" is developing a master plan for the comprehensive development of an undeveloped area of about 10 hectares in the Anzhelia Mikheeva Street district.       The turnaround loop, the architects believe, will both reduce traffic on Moskovskaya and improve transport accessibility for residents of the Kostino and Sadakovsky settlements and the Urvantsevo microdistrict.

      In addition, the contract with the developer is expected to include an obligation to prepare and transfer to the city administration the design documentation for the street extension and the construction of the loop.

      A decision on the comprehensive development of this area is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
